Can I have VDSL? 012-658

Greetings all!

I, the mighty Eks has returned.

No really, after the last time I really don't want to make a mistake. Telkom's website says my Exchange is 20Mbs capable, my neighbor has 100Mbit Fibre and I have digestion issues...




My Line stats are the following;


Who's leg do I have to shag to get upgraded? Telkom people at the store said they cannot assist me with anything besides paying my account (what even....) and the order button is broken.

The fact that it's 20MB capable does not meant it's been VDSL enabled.I would clarify this with Telkom, although that in itself could be a challenge.

As said in the previous thread. Telkom won't let it sync at 20Mbs on ADSL2, Telkom won't give me a straight answer... I'll have to go through a third party I guess.
