I need a new mouse and they seem to have the best price.

Don't forget to add delivery charges to that best price. If it's a run of the mill mouse it might be cheaper at a storefront shop - Makro/Game/IC.
 
The only reason I buy from them is that they check stock availability before you can pay. However I still run into slow delivery.

Rather buy it from major online shops with free delivery over R250, buy office stationery perhaps. :p
 
Don't ever order from them again. Looks like it has fallen apart. Lots of unhappy customers. Check hellopeter. He takes money but not delivering

It is too quick and easy to make assumptions, especially about things you don't know for a fact. I hope to clear up as much as I possibly can here. I really would like to address all points raised, but my focus is on doing right rather than spending my days in forums.

So to try and cover the general things raised:

horrific website / logo : The current TechStop site was intended for Sybaritic, which was a 12 year old website! I cannot please everyone, not even FNB can make every website visitor happy. I am not wasting resources on things like this, and have already put considerable effort into making it clean, fresh, and fast. It doesn't pretend to be anything that it isn't. It does the job.

‘Con Man’, ‘Scam Artist’, ‘Grifter’ or even ‘Crook’ : I feel your pain more than you can imagine and I fully appreciate, understand and respect your comments. If I was in your shoes I would feel exactly the same way, but please afford me the opportunity to right my wrongs. If I was a ‘fly by night’ as some have suggested, then I would never have lasted for 12 years, and I certainly wouldn't be stupid enough to use my real name for anything. I have responded openly and honestly to the questions put to me by the media, and I am making the effort and putting in the hours.

criminal, go to jail : If I was locked up in jail, then tax money would be used to finance my incarceration watching TV all day. By developing TechStop, I can at least ‘serve my sentence’ by being provided with a fair opportunity to do something constructive and positive about the situation.

Nobody who runs a successful business dreams and desires that it will end up in liquidation and that jobs are lost. I have every intention to make TechStop succeed. Give myself and TechStop the opportunity, and I will do everything that I can to make right with each and every Sybaritic customer who had a credit remaining. I can't do it tomorrow, but I will work at every day, no matter how long it takes me.

TechStop use the same PO Box as Sybaritic!!??? That sounds fishy, why use the same PO BOX as of a company that is be liquidated. sounds like the did it on propose and registered a new company.

But they are IT Company that will deliver to you at no extra charge, cause they want future business and hopeful to sort out your IT problems = Call Out
