Can I pick up DigiTV in SA?

So I've got this large 3.6m c-band mesh dish. I was wondering if I will be able to receive Digi TV signal from here in SA?

They use the Intelsat 10-02 satellite and the footprint spreads over SA as well. See this link: http://www.satbeams.com/footprints and click on 1°W or search for Intelsat 10-02

And is it possible to use another decoder of should I buy one in Romania?

According to Lyngsat, DigiTV is on upper KuBand, on the satellite's Spot3 beam, which barely covers the North of Africa, so I am afraid there is no way you could get it down here. :-(
