Can i pre-order with CI

Is it possible to pre-order with CISP even if it address does not show up on the covrage map.
MFN is almost done with the fibre build in my area, guys are busy splicing the spliters at the junction to my road.
Other Sites like MWEB, RSAWEB, etc have my address as "Fibre is being rolled Out " and i can pre order , but it not the same for CISP.

I realy dont want to go with anyone else as an ISP .... and will wait if i have too for my address to be listed on CISP covarge page. Just thought i could beat the rush when the fibre goes live in a few days ...

Unfortunately not, pre-ordering also doesn't give you any benefits from an installation time perspective.
