from the router to my moms pc is about 1m (cable) and she gets like 25ping
but from the router to mine about 40m (cable) i get 40-45
same test

Most definitely.

Are you sure that cable is also crimped 100%?

Are you getting a full 100 or 1000 out of it and not just 10?

where are you pinging to? you should be getting less than 1ms between the pc and the router even with a few km's of cable.

Yeah ping to router should be the same. But yeah important is what it shows by your connection, 10, 100, etc.

As someone with 20m of cabling and getting <1ms ping to my router, yeah... there's definitely something wrong with your setup.

Either damaged wire or some sort of interference...

when i used the speed test on this site

the ping there, thats diffrent i ran it 3times on each pc
and the results are the same

about 10-15more

If you're pinging your router at 1ms or less, then no - the problem is probably not with your cable. Do this:

ping 192.168.0.1 -t

Let it run for a couple of minutes, then stop it (Ctrl-C), and check the minimum, average, and maximum. It should all be 1ms or less. Also check packet loss, which should absolutely be zero.
