It is on Telkom and it doesn't say I'm using Chrome, it's a back button to go back to Chrome which is where I was before running the test. I used an app called Ping which I found in the App Store just for you.
 
Is this an office phone?
Possibly you have bad network, or some form of MDM is blocking pings.

Can I ask why you want to ping from your phone?
