Can not send & receive mail

Hi
Please could you help me. My email is not working. I was on Dialup and now I am on ADSL but my mail is not working. I have my mail with Hetzer which is not a ISP but hosts my mail and webpage.
Would changes to my setting do I need to do to get my mail working.
Do I have to put anything into my modem/router settings ( firewall)

what error are you getting?

Does not find outgoing mail server
Can not log into incoming mail server
It does establish network connection

This I checked when you test account

But I know my outgoing mail server is correct

Any chance this is a gmail account? I'm experiencing the same issue with my gmail POP3 account. My other POP3 accounts are working though.

can you ping your mail server?
is your browsing still ok?

Nothing should change when you go from dial-up to adsl.

GMAIL started working last night again. Seems to be fine now.
