Basestation 60 (woodmead)
In the morning until about noon I get speeds on the international front of about
8-10kB/s which is cool.
From noon or sometimes late afternoon the connection just falls over and I get
top speeds of about 2kB/s.
However no matter what time I run a BitTorrent I get speeds of about 8-10KB/s
These are international torrents.
I use Windows XP Sp2 with a USB modem... using the latest firmware. I use Mcafee Firewall
which seems to be fine or else I am sure it would effect national BW.
National BW is NEVER effected and neither is uploading to International (13.4kB/s avg)
I think it may be corporates in the area on the same node as me who turn on dlls after lunch near hometime... but wouldnt BW profiller sort that out.
I stay in Sunninghill and the area is saturated with Corporates...
