I'm on Telkom mobile and used on my PC ipconfig /flushdns and other stuff reset windows as well as the router and it still pings the old USA hosting server! I need to see the speed of the new setup using cloudflare.

Which DNS server are you using?

Try query the dns server directly, (Also try google) this will show is its a local caching issue or not and if replication is up to date.
