let me talk to their management first...i was promised better speeds...and got them for a day!

hell yes will they get serious bitchin from me. bear in mind chances of talking to managers tommorrow are probably slim. also use the incident report feedback thing on the iburst/helpdesk section.

i would like to give them until the end of this month if things stay bad move to adsl.

...and when one phones in to complain, each person comes up with a different answer-I don't think the helpdesk knows whats going on either.

Try ask them a technical question and you'll see how clueless they are!
