Can Telkom Mega 100W do port prioritization?

My brother likes to watch youtube, surf, download little linux things and generally make me lag.

I like to play games.

Can I set up port priority on the Telkom Mega100W or am I destined to lag at the worst possible times?

If I remember correctly it can... but not in the really easy way though. You have to set up a bunch of stuff for it.
