I have struggled for hours port forwarding my Edimanx Br6428n, yet the specified ports wont be forwarded. It is not a problem with iBurst (using wireless internet) since they assured me they don't block any ports.
So I thought if I maybe used a Netgear DGN2200 (N300 Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router) as an Access Point to the main Edimax router, I can try port forwarding the ports on the Netgear. My question is, since the Netgear is the router connected lower in the network tree, will the Edimax still block the ports the Netgear port forwaded?
