We're having an issue with one of our upstream network providers in our Cape Town datacentre and we're working with them to resolve the issue.

Can you maybe give more detail about the uplink? It makes it that much easier to explain to an angry user that, for example the link between SAIX and IS is down, as opposed to just say. 'Um um um'

There should be no more problems today.

There was a problem with one of our upstream provider's routers.
The problem was resolved last night.
