Have you submitted something directly to DIC queries ? DIC is for dealers they submit sim swop requests and VAS requests etc, and Siebel is another system the dealers / stores use to log tickets like requests for them to check on clients accounts if there are any issues.

Not at all. Just asked 809 why it's off and after 5 similar useless emails of which this was the most useless, all I had to do was dial 146 and add a usage limit.

Dam, well hope your sorted now dude. Just make sure it’s all active on the network atleast a few days before leaving the country. Either go into store or call and speak to a call centre agent to make sure it is all good, get a reference num
