Can you identify this Dell spare part

Interesting part. It almost looked like it could be a hinge mechanism from some Dell SFF PC. Some older ones (3020 and 7010 SFF) had a strange handle that you pulled up to get the side panel off, and I am pretty sure they incorporated some sort of funny mechanism to disengage the locks
