I had heard that the cellc whatsapp bundles work for Telegram. So just wanted to know if it would work with MTNs whatsapp bundles?

Yeah they are called social bundles now.

Dial *141*2# then it should be option 5 social bundles. There you cab pick what kind social bundle you would like example for whatsapp or twitter.
