By using less than 250kwh per month.I think you can buy a minimum of R20 up in Jozi, Fourways to be exact. Most garages, spar will do R20.

Unfortunately for us, its winter now so there's too little sun for the solar geyser. I'm not sure how much we used last month, but it must have been quite a bit more than 250kwh because I bought electricity yesterday and was shocked to receive only one token![]()
It's some indigent grant thing. It is only available in poor areas - I live in Kraaifontein in a R2m property so please don't ask me how this "poor" definition workNo man!! I use about 120kwh per month, if the missus is not around, BUT I have never received a free token.
