Cancel a phone contract?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can offer me some advice. My mother took out a Blackberry phone contract with Virgin on Sunday. She is not impressed with the phone and finds it incredibly hard to operate thus she has only used it sparingly. What are her rights in regards to the CPA with returning her phone and canceling the contract? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

damn i canceled my contract after 24hours after the staff lied and bambooz;ed me into the contract and i asked if i can cancel the contract
and now virgin have turned around and said i can't cancel and i've been fighting with them and its 2 months later and still no joy
they starting debiting me now and the boss is on leave so i dunno
u suppose to be able to cancel according to cpa but virgnin don't care about the law
