So my 120 off peak contract is about 18 months old and to be honest I don't seen any value for it anymore. I had 100MB x 3 months.

So I want to cancel it for the MyGig 2 (2GB anytime + 2GB Nigth Owl) for R99.
3 questions:

1. Will I lose my number if I cancel the contract? This is my main number and can't afford to lose it.
2. Will it be cheaper if I do an early upgrade (if I qualify) - since I will get a penalty for early termination?
3. Can I use my sim (number) for the new contract, or will I have a separate one?

Ockie, has in the past said you can port the number to prepaid before the contract ends. You can then take out a new contract on that number. Early upgrade is at 22 months. Anything else is likely to cost you extra.

Ok. Tx
