Phone their customer support number.
Create a call log that you wish to cancel.
Send an email to [email protected] (stating your reference number, contact details and reason for quitting their service).
Phone back about 20 minutes later to confirm with them that they have received your email. Press them that they send a reply on that email to confirm they have received it(proof).
Wait for end of month.
Service gets cancelled hopefully.
Their termination dept works out how much you owe them. Should be R70 * remainder of months(for the device).
Pay that and be done with neotel.
I've been calling and calling and calling the callcentre to get the guys to pick up my device since its been about 2 months since I've cancelled, and this thing is just gathering dust here.
I'd also like them to give me my deposit back, if that is not too unreasonable of me to ask
So,my ultimatum is as follows : Neotel fetches the device from my house by next week Friday, or they can collect it at the rubbish dump
