Cancel Service - How?

Searched iburst.co.za for cancellations contacts address and there is no option to cancel in the control panel. Who do I contact?

Phone 0860iburst and ask for retentions.You can't downgrade or cancel through the site-apparently.There's also a cancellation fee of R99.

Never heard of such a thing. Is that even legal? What the hell do I get for the R99?

There is a fee for early cancellations of contracts (being 12 or 24 month contracts), there is no fee for month-2-month.
