So I got telkom LTE and decided to cancel my fixed line adsl from telkom internet. I'm keeping the landline. No problem but I now get a notification to pay them R700 for the 'installation' - I hope this is an error. Since when do you need to pay to cancel? I am not on a contract and its been running for about 5 to 8 years now.
