Cancel Telkom WI-MAX

Can anyone tell me how to go about cancelling my Telkom Wimax connection. I have moved and need to cancel my WIMAX as I am not using it anymore. I have contacted the usual (useless) Telkom call centres but nobody seems to know how to log a cancellation of my WIMAX.

Not even my contacts within Telkom seems to know as there is no formal process in Telkom it seems to cancel WIMAX. You can order one and log a fault but to cancel WIMAX is something that Telkom never planned for.

Guys, I any of you are thinking of getting Telkom WIMAX... I URGE YOU TO RE_THINK. Telkom's support for this services does not exist.

Try going to a telkom direct store, usually yields better results.

Ye, good luck with that. Call new services. Tell them your problem. They know wi-max and can cancel it or move it or shove it up telkom's a$$. Just tell them your going to sell the equipment if they don't cancel the service.

Phone Telkom and ask to suspend it. Same as canceling, only it stays on your name and after 3/4 months, they phone YOU and ask whether you want to cancel or not.
