So, I forgot that I wanted to downgrade for the month of December as we will be in the new province as we are relocating From Eastern Cape to CPT.

Then I also wanted to cancel the service and then I saw pop up saying get 1 month free. But it did not work to cancel or start process cancel process.

Hi,

The 1 month free is a retention's offer. If you are relocating you can use the relocate fibre option or just select no thanks on the retention option and cancel.

If it's still failing drop me a pm with your email and I will have a look for you.

Thank you.

Once I am in the new place, I can just start process for new fibre again?

The cancelation process has gone through.
When will my last billing be on that one?

Thank you

Billing run just started today which means if you cancelled today last day of service will be end of December 2021.

I keep the router? Or leave it here?

As new spot, would do new application, so will get new router again?

The router is yours to keep. The ONT remains at the property it's installed at.

When exactly would you be relocating?

We want be in CPT beginning of Jan.

Leaving next week to go look at houses to buy / rent.

That is why I wanted to drop speed at home (aka discount) as would not be there much for December.

But see I was too late kn that. So I made sure I get the cancelation at least right

Okay great yes I wanted to make sure if you were going to relocate at the end of November is was better to get a cancellation going. We don't like holding fibre lines with active services when clients relocate.

@AfriNatic

Can i drop you a PM?
Family house, already has fibre installed. It is not active as my uncle was not using it while there.
I just want to know, if I want to get it up and running again, do I state a new line, or what, etc?

Thank you in advance

Hello, please add to the conversation with Afrinatic. You will select existing installation (migrate existing line)
