So with all that is going on at mtn i need to terminate my contract, but the 808 call centre is closed, what do i do now?

You would need to to it at a store then.

Go to police station, write a *some word I forgot now* about how you tried to call them at this time and blah blah blah to cancel and since they were not contactable blah blah blah and have them stamp and sign the date. When MTN works again you use that.

Well that's my idea.

I tried at the store but they insist i have to phone 808

You can just send them a email with a delivery receipt and keep that then do a stop order.
But I am sure you will still have a lot of hassles afterwards.

Okay so i have emailed, seen and phoned all sugestion, yet a debit order still went off, and its almost twice as much. I think this should have been the last debit order anyway. What should i do? Hope for the best? Or stop the debit orders at my bank?
