Can someone please tell me how to get rid of Web Africa as ISP. Have been phoning them, no one answers.No joy with cancellation on Customer Zone.Had a live chat with Zenande from Web Africa.Got a reference number.According to her they would send me an e-mail with details.Never heard from them again.Please help!
