I have a 50 GB Unshaped Capped account.

At 21:00 last night the 30th my Clientzone showed I had a total of 152 GB (100 GB carried over) of which I had used 53 GB thus leaving me with 98.9 GB.
I have a screenshot of this.
This morning the 1st it says my total account is now 52 GB.
What happened to the other 98 GB ?

The March data may have dropped away. Can you check if you see the April and May data links in your ClientZone please.
 
I'm not sure what you mean, I can PM you my details although you should still have them and you can look for yourself.
Basically the way I now see it, when my account was a 100 GB Shaped account I had carried over 100 GB so every month I had 200 GB which I never used.
Then on 1st April you switched me over to a Unshaped account which halved my normal 100 GB to 50 GB and also my carried over 100 GB to 50 GB.
In April I used 53 GB so I figured I should still have around 48 GB carried over but that's now gone.
My total account for May is 52 GB.
It would seem after the account change, they zeroed everything which is BS.

You will still receive the unused data for April in May. That definitely won't change because of a package change. Please PM me your DSL username so that I can check what's going on.
