Cancelled line still being billed

I remember finding this very site via hellkom at some stage today I remember why.

I cancelled my line back in June and now received another bill. I have been holding for 30 mins on the retentions line !

Any ideas ?

I can relate. Cancelled my line last month and just got another bill for this month. I don't even live in the same house anymore. My isp also double billed me after I cancelled with them as well last month.

After 45 Minutes I someone picked up the line but did not answer I could hear people and noise in the background but no one responded. After 10min of that I hung up. Have now been holding another 15 mins no answer.

In the same boat. Decided to go to a Telkom shop this afternoon and not leave until I have a credit note + my money back. Fckn pirates.

Logged a complaint on Helopeter got a response already, 2 hours no answer on the call but lets see if I get lucky with HP.
