Cancelling 3 Rain sim cards

Hi guys, I need to cancel 3 Rain sim cards as they are not being utilized due to covid-19.

How would I go by cancelling them and reactivating them again once we open our business?

Please note if you follow this you are going to completely cancel these sim cards, if you have the R479 on those sims please PM me your email address so that i can put your card on the Pay as you use and when you need it you will be able to just activate the deal.

If you have the R250 deal you can deactivate the unlimited off peak
 
Also remember , according to Rain website and process I went through 2 weeks ago they only become deactivated at beginning of next bill cycle.

Why not immediately I ask?!! @rain_mobile

@rain_mobile, also does the deactivation come into immediate effect?
I am waiting for my fibre install and will need to deactivate my rain R250 off peak as soon as my fibre is up and running.

Hi , if you log into your dashboard and then click on manage, under unlimited off peak it should say deactivate, if you still do not see it please PM me your email address linked to your rain account.
 
Hi , since we bill in arrears you can deactivate the sim now , it will take effect on the first of August which you will then get billed for the month of July on the first of August.

I have ordered my R479 sim and have not recieved any communication in more than 5 working days. I am also unable to track my order, so if you could please help me.
