Cancelling a Contract

Has anyone successfully cancelled a Cell C contract (obviously before contract is 24 months old)?
Same old issues of no signal, dropped calls, no data throughput.
My work is now more upset than me because I can never be reached, or calls drop continously...
In the middle of Joburg...

So, can anyone help with the process?
 
Sorry, you need to pay in the balance of the contract and then they will close the account.How many months left x ZAR = pay in amount.

Surely that can't be right?
How can lack of supply of service not be grounds for cancellation?
 
In future don't sign a contract. There are more than enough prepaid options available.

Well im pretty sure if you dig in their contract you will find some clause relating to make sure you are in our covered areas blah blah BS.
 
Keep us updated please, i also want to cancel my CellC contract, i still almost have a year left, but this BS of no signal, dropped calls, no data in fcking midrand has gone on to long, I'm tired, want to cancel.
