Cancelling a contract

Hi, I subscribed to the Telkom 40GB + 40GB deal when it the special was running in Feb and when I hadn't heard anything by March, I phoned back and they said that the order had been cancelled. I left it and wasn't concerned until the router arrived two weeks ago. I don't want the router or the contract, but after numerous calls to their call centres and even visiting a store, I cannot get it cancelled. Can someone here provide me with some help on how to deal with this?
