So I've been an Autopage client for more than 6yrs and eventually I've given them the boot for lack of customer care.

What pee'ed me off was that they make upgrading your contract a breeze, but trying to cancel a pain. Had to continuously phone a number 011 something that was either engaged, never answered or kept on hold forever. (My SP was not prepared to handle the cancellation - to those who care, its the branch at Somerset Mall, Somerset West - there also an Apple dealer).

Well I managed to get it done and will be free of them by Jan 15 '09.

My reason for canceling: After 2yrs worth of emails to ask them to resolve incorrect invoicing, I lodged a HelloPeter complaint. There accounts department responded by shouting at me on the phone, calling me a liar and other things.

I then get a letter of demand a few days latter from them saying that if I do not pay-up a grand total of R100 they will terminate my contract and then hold me responsible for R5000 cancellation fees.

Go AutoSucks, your the best (not)

Hopefully you also responded on HP about them shouting at you on the phone!
Spread the hate for kuk service!
