Cancelling cancelled relocation request

Hi guys, super frustrated right now because the *&^%$# system is soooooo slooooooow tonight - I think Vumatel are doing maintenance -

Tried to fill in a relocation form but before it was complete the system suddenly decided to respond and exited. So I cancelled the request, expecting to be able to redo it but now it says I have no services to relocate.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze get rid of these two tickets so I can enter everything properly.
