If you've been reading the other threads about cancellation then you would know that you need to fill in their official cancellation form as they ignore email or phone call cancellations.

If you don't have the form then download it from one of these links below:

or

After you cancel watch your bank account as they tend to remove cash whenever they like, even a year later.

thanks .... printed out the form ..... but in their legal terms they only indicate that you have to do it in writing, which I did .... and why did they not respond on the emails, mailing me this form, and why don't they have this form on their website??????

well, hope this works ..... at least they don't have my banking details ..... and you can be sure, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody....

They'll only recognize a cancellation if you use that official form, writing a letter to them is a waste of time and all that will happen is delay the cancellation for another month which will put yet more money in their greedy grubby little hands.

Make a photocopy of the form after you fill it in and keep it for your reference, also phone them after a few days to make sure they received the original or they will drag it out another month.
The best way would be to send it registered post or deliver it by hand if you live close to their office.

yep .... and looking at todays date, having only received their statement today, it is another 2 months that I have to pay these bl**dy ****ers .......
