Cancelling Telkom

Hello there,

I am cancelling my Telkom service. When I follow the process to cancel online, I get to the point where there are four 'items' on the site I can choose to cancel. I understand 3 of them as they appear on my monthly bill. However, 1 item I do not understand. I have tweeted Telkom, but hey, they are useless getting back to you. Any ideas if I should select to cancel as well?
