Last year I went to a shop to cancel. They pointed at a chair and a phone and said they can't do cancellations in-store anymore. I sat in that store for about 10 minutes then went home to call from there. Colleague suggested to me I should get a speaker phone. After about an hour on 10210 yesterday I plan on doing so the next time I need to call. (Telkom 10210 could almost be held liable for personal injury, remember to flex that phone arm ).
