We live in Boksburg and have not had a phone since end of jan and telkom seem to be just ignoring our fault, its been escalated and relogged then re-escalated.
The ADSL came to almost a standstill, then i had to replace our router AND the front Access Point (how they both stopped working at the same time is still a mistery) Both were Dlink products.
ADSL is working a bit better - only response i got from telkom has been over messenger on Facebook!!!
So found a wireless solution - and telkom cancellation form has been sent.
Ons is nou Gatvol!
