Cancelling Vumatel to migrate to Openserve

I would like to move my fibre line from Vumatel to Openserve. What is the possible way to go about this without any downtime?
I understand I have to first cancel the Vumatel line and place an order with Openserve. I am still staying on Afrihost as my preferred ISP.

Openserve new installation is up to a week.

We are currently in billing run if you submit the cancellation today, it will be effective end of the following month. Fibre lines require a full calendar month cancellation notice.
