Hi. I just got the Aztec 700WR-3G adsl router from Telkom. Router has been setup and is working fine but I cannot access the stats/configuration settings via any browser. Login fails after entering username and password which is admin. There is a message that appears at the bottom of the screen - JavaScript:evalf(); attached screenshot.
Any suggestions on how to resolve and gain access?

The same has happened to me several times - also on a brand-new Aztec 700WR-3G from Helkom.

The only thing to do, unfortunately, is to reset the router to factory settings (hold a pin in the physical reset button on the back of the router) and plug into pc/laptop via a LAN cable. Even this didn't work for me every time - if your PC/laptop is running Win7, Win 8 or higher, then it is often necessary to reboot, or at the very least do a start > run > cmd > ipconfig /renew or ipconfig /flushdns to see the router at 10.0.0.2

(after factory reset, the Aztec 700WR-3G has been configured to start with the Wizard)

Do you guys still have the problem with this modem, planning on getting one.
Can I block client PC by IP like I do with my D-Link? (I can enter the ip, and set the time to block them and day)
Can I add static routing? (I normally use this feature to block Google DNS, this allows me to use Netflix with Chromecast)

I just got this router today, and it doesn't like my Telkom ADSL password because it has a $ in it. I registered a free Afrihost account which only has letters and numbers in the password. It connected first time. Still trying to get Telkom to change the password.

Anyone else have passwords that this router didn't accept? Is there a workaround?

Can the Aztech 700wr be used as a cell only router? I don't have a Hellkom line (the complex I live in has no copper landline network installed), but I can get a 3g dongle.

just note that your dongle must be compatible with that particular router, regarding your question, previous Telkom's modems have the 3G failover feature, I don't see any reason why the Aztech shouldn't but I haven' seen the modem to confirm this so maybe someone who uses it will confirm.
