Cannot Access International Website, Can you?

I cannot access any international website from awhile ago, I am using SAOL adsl.

Does anyone have this problem? SEACOM maintenance again?

Can't be SEACOM as Cybersmart is also down.

Don't think Cybersmart uses SEACOM

Why does this happen so regularly? Seacom really should put that intl. cable where no-one can trip over it!
