Cannot access iTunes store or apple App store - any guru suggestions?

Local FTP works, International does not work. What do you have to do to get Telkom to fix this?
I cant work and will have to switch ISP....HELP!:mad:
 
Technical support at istore also confirm no access to iTunes, app store etc through Telkom. Was working intermittently yesterday, went down completely last night, still no access whatsoever today. Made the mistake of logging out of iTunes on my MBA, now cannot even use airplay on Apple TV to watch movies. No one knows when this will be fixed..
