Cannot access my supplier's website - WTH?

I needed to get a product spec/quote from a clients website and if I type in the url (or get from bookmark) I get the following message:
This domain has been reserved
on behalf of a ShopDirect customer.


Hell, I'm not looking to buy a Domain - just a product? What's going on? I get it on both Firefox & Chrome?
 
Your supplier didn't renew their registration.
 
hahaha.

It means your supplier didn't pay for their domain name renewal and it lapsed.

Contact them directly.

No, that's not why...... If the domain expired due to non-payment you wouldn't have seen that page. Something on the server changed. Either their current / old websites is undergoing an upgrade, or they moved to another server and the DNS wasn't changed properly or something like that
