After changing the Username and Password to local cap on my router (Billion 5120G), I'm not able to access my router anymore.
I did a Reset on my Router (2 time) but still nothing.

But my computer still manages to pickup the router through IPCONFIG
Code:
Windows IP Configuration

   Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.255
   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 0.0.0.0

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:

I'm currently using my Vodafone 3G Card to access the Web.

Have you got manual setting for you computer's IP address/subnet? If you had , try change it to obtain IP automatically and try again.
