Cannot activate my sim!!!

I received my sim card, but cannot activate it on the website.

I tried calling the call centre and emailing - no reply.

Got mine recently and it got activated automatically (got notification) an hour after it was delivered. I didn't have to do anything.

Nope, I ordered from the website. I created my account on the website before ordering.
