Cannot activate my sim!!!

I received my sim card, but cannot activate it on the website.

I tried calling the call centre and emailing - no reply.
 
Got mine recently and it got activated automatically (got notification) an hour after it was delivered. I didn't have to do anything.
 
I cant even create an account on the website, let alone activate my sim!
@Shi was it from takealot?
