Earlier this week I had problems with my Adsl. The technician moved my line to another port and the line stabilized.
But now I cannot access sites like Reddit and wikihow for example. If I switch my connection to Afrihost I can browse these sites. It also happens on my laptop, Desktop, phone and tablet.

What can be wrong.

Yeah even if you use a wifi hotspot with telkom connect (or guest) same thing, a lot of sites are blocked. They filter and block things. So your connection might be filtered now. Use something like the 'tor browser' and see if you then can use the sites you want to visit (eg. dropbox that they block or in your case wikihow or reddit). It should work as that's how to circumvent some restrictions. Note: Tor is not an all safe anonymous service, nothing ever is regarded as 'safe' on the Internet even if what you browse/use/and so on..)

Well I don't know where you getting the info that they block anything. But there's a DNS issue currently, changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 should sort the trick. do it on your router to get it working across your network
