Cannot browse unless I use SAIX proxy

Anyone else have this problem ?
Can ping but cannot browse unless I use cache.saix.net
proxy on port 8080. Transparent Proxy problems ?

What ISP you using?

I am on WA (IS) and I can connect (authenticate) but I cannot browse or do anything. I'm guessing the saix proxy won't work for me so I can't even try that.

my international is very wonky atm, on axxess 3gb account and only started happening about 30 mins ago.
