Cannot buy data from TELKOM. Brilliant! Throw money away.

I have been trying since yesterday (Saturday) to top up my TELKOM LTE account via my credit card. For the last 36 hours I have been getting the same message: Due to technical problems, blah, blah, blah.

What a joke. Telkom, please become a REAL private company. You will be bancrupt within a month,

I had the same issues Thursday evening/Friday morning, something about backend blah blah.
I eventually logged into the Telkom portal using my cellphone and was able to purchase a 60 + 60 lte bundle via credit card.
