Cannot connect to ATA box connected router

I have a Grandstream H801 ATA box attached to my router. Using the IP address I am unable to connect to it. Get the following error message

Thanks I managed to resolve. Someone from the ISP signed onto my PC with anydesk & did the setup for me. However I am still unable to sign on myself, still getting that error. Any suggestions?
