cannot connect to Iburst ADSL

Is anyone else having this issue.
I tried phoning iburst and held for 10 minutes without being answered.
They keep saying they are experiencing high call volumes. Therefore I suspect a problem that is bigger than just my connection...:confused:
 
That type of helpdesk service is quite frequent with iBurst...

I suggest you get hold of Shaun Green (iBurst Representative) in the iBurst sub-forum here. (His contact details are in most threads there as he posts quite a bit).

He normally gets things sorted pretty quickly.
