Cannot connect to the interwebs

Ok, so all was fine and dandy with my internet con till I restarted my PC about half an hour ago. Now when ever I try to connect to the webs I get an error message telling me that my username and password combination is incorrect or the authentication method being used isn't supported.

What I've tried:
3 different modems
3 different OS installations, 2x windows 1x Linux.

Based on this I think its safe to assume that the problem is not on my side... Help is needed urgently as there are videos on youtube which await me.
